There’s no mandatory waiting period between rentals. Vehicles become available as soon as they’ve been cleaned, inspected, and fully prepared for the next renter.

Each rental includes 200 miles per day.
Need more miles? No problem — additional mileage can be added for a small fee.

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

After-hours service may be available with prior arrangement.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return are available during business hours (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

After-hours arrangements may be possible with advance notice.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Available by prior approval and handled on a case-by-case basis.
After-hours service fees may apply depending on timing and location.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

All vehicles are fully cleaned and fueled before each rental.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside any vehicle.

Please return the vehicle in the same clean and fueled condition as received.

Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?

We provide several optional add-ons for your convenience:

Child seats, GPS units, and phone chargers (available upon request; fees may apply).

Moving accessories (such as dollies or straps) available for moving vehicle rentals.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

A fee of $0.35 per mile applies for mileage exceeding your included daily limit.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

Add extra peace of mind for $10 per day per approved driver.
Each additional driver must meet age, license, and insurance requirements.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

All tolls incurred during your rental will be billed directly to you, along with a small $5 administrative fee per toll.
We recommend using your own EZ Pass if possible to avoid delays.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

We take pride in providing spotless vehicles and appreciate when our renters do the same!

No charge if the car is returned in reasonable condition.

$75 cleaning fee if excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, or odors are present.
